I haven’t kept up with my visits as I should and so I was nervous to come in for my cleaning. The front desk employees were super kind and helpful answering my questions. My hygienist Jessica was really friendly and thoughtful when doing my cleaning and made me feel so comfortable even through the nerves. Dr Mijarez (spellcheck) is also friendly and was thorough in explaining what my best options are moving forward. Thank you Roosevelt Dental!

The Denture Fitting Process

Getting dentures involves several steps:

  1. Initial Consultation: We assess your oral health and discuss your needs and preferences.
  2. Impressions: Molds of your mouth are taken to create custom dentures.
  3. Try-In: You will try on a prototype to ensure proper fit and comfort.
  4. Final Fitting: Once adjustments are made, your final dentures will be created and fitted.

Caring for Your Dentures

Proper care for your dentures is essential for longevity:

  • Clean your dentures daily to remove food particles and plaque.
  • Use a soft-bristle toothbrush or denture brush for cleaning.
  • Soak your dentures in a cleaning solution overnight to keep them moist and clean.
